This restaurant was situated in a shopping center, so there is always an art to working with the landlord and adjacent tenants. The utilities on this site were in a confined location and several utility companies had lines in the same area. This took a lot of coordination to do this work quickly and efficiently. There was a mistake on the civil plans that caused some site and ADA issues for the store, however, Foresite was able to catch the issue early in the project, so that it could be addressed before it was built incorrectly.
