This 30+ McDonald's restaurant was situated in a shopping center, so there is always an art to working with the landlord and adjacent tenants. We had to begin the project by tearing down the old structure and rebuilding a modernized store. This included the installation of a side-by-side drive-thru system, a new modern indoor playground, as well as updating the facade with a beautiful modern exterior. This rebuild modernized the site, the building and the kitchen.
