This is the first McDonald’s in the city of Waterford and took only 105 days to build. As with new construction, all of the utilities had to be brought to the site – electrical, gas, storm, and sewer. Also, this project is located adjacent to the highway and required a great deal of additional coordination with Caltrans, the MID power jurisdiction, and the City.
