This project was a major remodel project that took only 9 weeks, with only 2 weeks of restaurant downtime. This remodel gave the building a complete exterior facelift, a complete kitchen modernization, as well as an updated interior transformation. Our coordination efforts and continuous communication with the franchisee minimized the restaurant closure to 2 weeks. The restaurant was able to continue to operate while under construction for the remaining 7 weeks of the project.
