This project consisted of a teardown and rebuild of a 1970s era McDonald’s. We built a modernized restaurant with a side-by-side drive-thru and a new, updated look to match the modern corporate guidelines for McDonald's. This is the only McDonald’s in the city of Davis, and this rebuild modernized the underground utilities, added new stormwater mitigation on-site, and created a contemporary building, kitchen, and interior.
