Foresite Construction constructed a new Dutch Bros. store in the parking lot of an existing commercial development. As part of the construction, we had to bring power and water to the location and had to provide stormwater mitigation for the existing parking lot. From breaking ground to selling the first drink, the project took only 86 days.
