This project consisted of building a new Dutch Bros. store in the parking lot of an existing commercial development. As part of the construction, we had to bring power and water to the location and had to provide stormwater mitigation for the existing parking lot. This project required us to work closely with the landlord to maintain site services for the other tenants in the development so that the other business could continue operating during construction.
